The road to success

The road to success is very difficult and it comes through patience, hard work and personal sacrifices. Well there is no mathematical formula that could be broken down to 'easy to chew' bite sized chunks. Wanting success is something which is similar to having a heart that wants to be best at something, we dream to achieve something and success does only come only when we make our aspirations to breathe life while performing action. Winners never get success easily they do not even look at easier ways to gain that but they set their heart upon the lofty dreams that they see and chase it whole heartedly and not half heartedly. The world has become a hypercompetitive place where the road to success is very tough, we often say that chances are less because we do think that success is very tough but we do not dare to venture that path which will give us success, the path which is full of sacrifices and which is not easy to walk, the path which is in appearence very broad and easy but in terms of rewards very narrow. Count the cost that you need to pay before you reach success and think about the life which is filled with victory and happiness and this begins with a desire to start down the road to success with consistent fighting. We need to learn how to enjoy this journey & be committed to the long haul to achieve our heart's desire. Amount of hard work depends on the final goal and also on the greatness of the dream. Achievers do not suddenly wake up with capabilities but they perspire to build that type of an ability & one needs to take this thing into every realm of one's existence. We should become a daily learner, a daily reader and educate ourselves. Success is not buying a lottery ticket & not even winning millions from that,it is not something that we can expect right now & it is advised not to buy into this method. Luck is something that may or may not come but hardwork will pay off today or tomorrow. Give up excuses and we should attack our weaker areas to better ourselves. We need to get over the problem and with determination we should take efforts to correct those. Making a daily choice to stay on the road to success is very important and we should associate ourselves with people who know how to recognise success and who know what it takes to get success.In this endeavour we will fail many times but those will teach us how not to fail and not to do similar kinds of mistakes in our lives.This path will be very painful at times which will test our patience and the level of endurance but at last it has its virtues. It is better to have tried and failed than to have never tried. We should never get off the road once we are on the track. We should be backed by deep convictions, if we can set an example others will follow us. We must know how to enjoy life by enjoying the process of success, how to enjoy those around us as we see them progress down the same road. We should rejoice with them as they rejoice with us in the triumph of overcoming all the odds to become the best we can be.

A flamboyant personality is a person who is dazzling in one's appearence and this is measured in terms of one's confidence.People will know us if we are a savvy in our most liked subject or in our field of work.Mihir Bose had a knack for plain talk and this particular quality strikes the most responsive note.This quality is very important and still most of us do not understand that this works in bettering one's standing in a competition.Resurrection which is the act of returning to a lively life is also possible with these simple practices.One man needs to be a good listener and a decisive commander and to be this one needs to be with the quality of humility that is one should be modest in behavior,attitude,one should have submissive respect,unpretentious and lowly and not arrogant or prideful.At times people follow us and this does not happen because we offer some mysterious leadership to them but a delicate investigation will show us that we follow them.It is equally important to be driven,earthy,passionate,lighthearted and at times talkative because it grabs sales and to be who plunges full speed ahead.One needs to do a candid analysis of what is right or wrong into one's work because this is insightful and refreshing.This is important in getting a certain amount of attention from others when one does any work.All these qualties will be useful in managing your disgruntled workers and cajoling your suppliers and then rolling out your plans and all these steps go superbly in getting a dilly of a corporate life.He always warmly commended these qualities because He wanted us to be tomorrow's leaders.

After CAT everyone wants to have an 'aha' moment.Students camp at different CAT coaching centres for coaching and everyone wants to mitigate the thirst for making themselves through the portals of prestegious schools, to really punch one's ticket to profitability one has to work really hard remembering from the very first that each and every step in getting chance into one of the descent colleges is like going through fire ordeals, those who will not make a right start will have a cold feeling about the course and then the cascading effect will be losing one's sense of gustation-not for the food but for the types in terms of questions' variations. Never forget the entity 'I'

Everything changes with a marked change in status or condition, but something continues and endures and those are teachings which are interminable, we can forget anyone but can never forget their gifted things, we do not recall such teachings to our minds with efforts but it comes to our minds spontaneously, this happens simply because those teachings are always worthy of recognition and consideration. I still remember His teachings, opinions about what should or could be done about a problem. My travel get interspersed with periods of study in which I always follow His guidelines and truely those teachings lead and direct me while hunting in unfamilier territories and I am happy to get mentored by Him. It is very difficult to continue with a same pace and this is something unvarying in nature but everytime I remember His teachings I think how steadfast we have to be in any purpose or devotion. With a blend of skills and experience our Sir proved himself as one of the most authoritative and engaging teachers at IMS. Putting oneself to a severe test is not the only way but one has to determine that whether the acquired knowledge is effective or productive. We will get subjected to stress, strain, endurance, patience, affliction or trouble but through judicious selection we can really make ourselves knowledgeable that is to have an education and a good education. Today also I remember Him in each and every time and irrespective of my failures and successes and I constantly follow only one thing and that is awareness which helps me simply, smoothly in my bad and good times. All is about developing oneself with the powers of reasoning and judgement and preparing oneself intellectually for a matured life.

Produce the response in anyway

A creation passes a signal and it is that the creator must be creative,creative minds should pass every seemingly difficult hurdle through innovation and would simply carry the legacy.Orkut lovers have already made a profile of our dearest Sir and after that it has been followed by some quick joinings and contributions,yes,the profile got off to a fast and impressive start but shortly its creative fires cooled off...Is it on the brink of extinction?The answer is possibly no but very soon it would be yes.Most of us have taken Orkut communities as a fashion and here mere thronging is a strict no no and only appreciative ones are welcome.Mihir Bose was a man of rare blessedness and it is always a good to make such profiles but it is equally an another good to maintain such profiles understanding the hidden essence,directly or indirectly and also directly and indirectly.The essence is that we must take our pursuance or the continuance of something begun with a view to its completion very seriously and engage actively and persevere to be ever progressive and ceaseless.Knowledge is absolutely important and maintenance of the acquired knowledge is parallelly important.Love and respect for our Sir will be timeless and eternal and so maintenance of any creation internally or externally is productive.We need to underdstand his word and at the same time we need to form our own ideas because it is far more important to know what those really meant to us.The simplest explanation is we do not have to set any stage but we need to develop ourselves through determination and dedication that is by leading in every test in our lifetime,leading does mean here knowing something confidently and each time evolving ourselves into more knowledgeable human beings and transferring the same to others.Simply,to me it seems that this is the ideal way to pay respect to a man of such moral and intellectual distinction.
